He has a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from NTNU and after working 17 years as an engineer, project manager and business developer in the oil industry he is now bringing his dreams and good ideas to life with Altered Power and Element One Energy.

Renate has her M. Sc. in Innovation and Management, Social Science Track, from the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. She has a “Yes, I can”-attitude and a flair for business.

Rebekka has a M. Sc. in Innovation and management, and works at another inspiring start-up, "Kompostringen".

When she has some spare-time she helps us with marketing strategies, business development, sosial media and newsletter texts.

Part time. Kristian is from Bergen is currently in the process of his M. Sc. in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, and helps us with both business development and electronic development.
